During the two-day camp, students will learn about Crawfordsville’s architectural heritage, including the historic Study building.Īmong the activities, campers will take walking tours of the neighborhood around the Study, learn architectural terms, make architecture-based crafts, build local buildings from cardboard boxes, and learn about careers in historic preservation and discuss preservation successes in our community.Ĭamp begins at 9 a.m. The camp will be held June 27-28 and registration is now open.ĪrchiCamp is an architecture-based camp that uses historic architecture to educate and excite children about local history and instills stewardship and responsibility for our cultural heritage.
